Exposure to a Variety of Sports: Kids get to try out different sports like tennis/pickleball,
golf, basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, and more, helping them discover what they
enjoy and develop well-rounded athletic skills.
• Skill Development Through Stations: By dividing into small groups based on age and
ability, the class ensures focused instruction and personalized practice for each child.
• Learning the Rules: Understanding the rules of the game is crucial for sportsmanship and
strategic play. This class incorporates both skill-building and learning the fundamentals.
• Certified Coaching: A certified Sports Performance Skills coach ensures the class is well
structured and provides proper guidance to the children.
• Friendly Competition: Wrapping up the class with controlled competitive games allows kids
to put their learned skills into action in a fun and motivating way.

Theater Lab Kids is an after-school program where students bring their ideas to life with one exciting goal: creating and performing an original short play (8-20 minutes, depending on class size). Using both individual creativity and group collaboration, students develop settings, characters, conflicts, props, and costumes to shape their own unique production.

Throughout the session, students receive instruction in movement, vocal projection, warm-ups, teamwork, and audience etiquette. They also explore improvisation, acting exercises, emotional expression, inflection, theater games, prop creation, and introductory costume, set, and makeup design.

On the final day of the session at 4:45 PM, each cast will perform its original play for a live audience. Students get the chance to be playwrights, producers, and performers—building confidence, communication skills, and creativity while HAVING FUN!
