• Class Cancellation / Low Enrollment
If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement and is canceled by TGA before the session begins, families will receive a full refund.
• Program Cancellation by TGA or School
If TGA or the school cancel’s part or all of a session and a makeup class cannot be provided, a prorated refund may be issued for any unused classes remaining.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Missed classes due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or personal commitments.
• Voluntary withdrawal after the session has begun.
