There is absolutely NO refunds. Company credit can be used for a future class or production.

Thank you for enrolling in Coding with a Twist! We are committed to providing quality educational experiences and preparing engaging, structured sessions for all participants. Due to the nature of our program and the preparation involved, we have implemented a strict no-refund policy. Please read our policy details carefully:



Non-Refundable Payments

All payments for enrollment in Coding with a Twit are non-refundable once processed. This includes full and partial payments.



Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us as soon as possible. While we are unable to provide a refund, we may offer enrollment in a future session at no additional cost, based on availability.



Missed Classes

We understand that schedules can be unpredictable. However, missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.


By enrolling, you agree to abide by the above policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain a productive learning environment.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards class disruption and misbehavior, particularly when it involves harmful actions or words. Parents will be notified of behavioral concerns for resolution or dis-enrollment without a refund. We strive to provide a safe, fun, engaging, and creative environment for everyone participating.



All cancellations must be made 14 days before the commencement of the Semester. Cancellations made within 14 days of starting the semester are non refundable.



No tuition adjustments for personal illness, vacation, natural disasters, inclement weather, or school closures due to force majeure. Makeup Class is only held for class cancellations- not individual absences. No tuition reimbursements for missed classes.

No refunds

When an instructor is absent, 100% make-up credit will be offered during make-up week(s).



When a student is absent, the student is welcome to attend a virtual class that is offered (must provide a 48 hour notice via email).

Refunds or future credits may be provided at the discretion of The Knight School on a case-by-case basis.

Theater Lab is not responsible for refunds caused by any act of "force majeure" that may cause camp/after school program to cancel once it has started. Examples include but are not limited to freezing/hurricanes/floods, Pandemics, power/plumbing outages, School Closure beyond the makeup days available, etc. -any force out of our control.



If Theater Lab determines a refund shall be issued, we will determine the delivery method, provided we have recieved tuition.



Theater Lab will NOT issue refunds if a parent/child decides to withdraw from class after the first day of instruction.



We will do our best to provide makeup days if needed but there are limited dates available during the semester. We reserve the rigt to add 10 minutes of instruction for a six classes in lieu of makeup days. Students are not required to stay.



If a child becomes ill, refunds will NOT be issued for absence.



Once a student attends class they are considered enrolled. Refunds will not be issued if a child "changes their mind".
